Return policy

 1)  Till when the return option is ?

  -  Items eligible for returns can be returned within 15 days once delivered.

   

  2) What items can be returned?

  - Only apparels can be returned. Accessories Items like perfumes, imitation  jewelry , purses & bags  cannot be returned once purchased.

     

  3) How to return a product ?

  4)   How long will it take to pickup your product which you have selected to  return?

  -  Delivery executive will take approximately  3-4 days to pickup your product which you have selected for return .

     

 5) Conditions for returning a product?

  - We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned bymistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement  of the product and are not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

 

6) When the return amount is less than RS 499 ?

 - Once the product is picked up from your place, within 24 hours of the  pickup your refund will be given Via UPI .

-The refund will include ONLY the value of the order item .Shipping  charges paid during order placement will not be refunded. -one can return a product only once per order, that is after redeeming the coupon the items of your purchase will not be returned again.

 

  7) When the return amount is more than Rs499/-

  Once the product is picked up from your place, After inspection of the  product the coupon will be issued  ( 1 year validity       .These coupons  can be used for your next purchase.one can return a product only once per order, that is after redeeming          the  coupon the items of your purchase will not be returned again.

 

 

 Payment policy

 

 1)What modes of payment are available

     As of now  One can only pay using cod.

    Customer should pay the said amount in cash to the delivery executive as mentioned in the invoice.
